Music by l’Arpeggiata

The Baroque and new interpretations of Latin European and Latin American traditional music is perhaps the heart of l’Arpeggiata. This ensemble was formed in 2000 and is directed by the harpist Christina Pluhar. Here follows a few pieces out of their wide repertoire.

  • La Carpinese with Marco Beasley.
  • Tarantella Napoletana, composed by Athanasius Kircher (1602-1680).
  • Are mou Rindineddha, a traditional Greek song.
  • Amor de mel, amor de fel, performed by Misia, the most important fada singer.
