The persecution some prefer not to talk about

In a TV-interview on CBN News with Raymond Ibrahim , the author of the book Crucified Again, Mr Ibrahim talks  about the widespread and cruel persecution of Christians that is going on especially in the Muslim world. At the same time the Christian faith is spreading very rapidly in these Islam-dominated countries. But according to the Islamic Sharia law, Muslims who convert to Christianity face heavy punishment including the death sentence.

So it is very strange, Mr Ibrahim thinks, that the Western world seem to neglect this persecution and prefer not to talk about it. Maybe the media, politicians and even leaders of many churches in the West look upon the persecuted Christians as persona non-grata?

Here’s the interview with Mr Ibrahim, who is an Orthodox Coptic Christian, born in Egypt and now living in the USA.

Crucified Again is available on Amazon Books.
